Exercise is a great mental health boost, and the more you enjoy it, the more you keep at it.
Join us on our Fuelled By Fun Facebook page where we chat, motivate, ask questions, arrange to go swimming, cycling, running, hiking (or whatever fun stuff you want to do), share images, videos and potential groups/events to join or take part in.
Our manifesto:
• We believe that you can achieve anything with the right support team - we will be that support team!
• We support all those keeping running clubs, swim clubs, bike clubs etc going
• We pledge to only create posts that make you chuckle
• We embrace the usage of calories during exercise and endeavour to use those up with cake - lots of cake
