FREE STUFF...

We've created a tried and tested 14-week marathon training plan for anyone that might want a big of inspiration, a kick up the backside to get going, or just a bit of guidance where to start. The training plan is devised from the plan that Nic used for VLM in April 2019, and some inspiration taken from coachmag.co.uk.

It's an A4 downloadable PDF, we've tried to keep colour to a minimal if you wanted to print it off and stick it on your fridge/door/offices desk - it hopefully wont use up all of your printer ink!

​

It's just a guide - it's not something you have to stick to religiously, and if you feel unwell or get injured - listen to your body first and foremost.

​

The plan is based on someone already having some fitness levels - usual rules apply - get doctors advise at all time before embarking on a long training plan.
